It’s a strange situation: gunshots were heard, followed by Trump being hastily escorted off the stage and taken away. Trump, who defies the world, felt fear and was forced to flee in a hurry.
Could this shooting have been planned to make Trump, whose reputation is failing and public support is dwindling, appear as a victim and regain public support? There’s a 95% chance Trump will appear on screen tomorrow surrounded by his bodyguards and say, “This was an attack on me. It was done by Iran,” it wouldn’t be a surprise at all.
