An obsession with looking for an immigrant behind every murder has taken hold.

As counter-terrorism police took over the investigation, it emerged that the suspect in the Ann Widdecombe case was not previously known to the “Prevent” program. Yet, some people are intent on framing this as a political crime. The efforts of Nigel Farage and his team, in particular, to portray the murder as a political act have not gone unnoticed; one can clearly see them trying to implicate an immigrant. Certain factions are constantly lying in wait, determined to pin every murder committed in the country on immigrants. They are ready to seize the slightest opportunity to manufacture a new enemy for the sake of their own political agendas.

Ann Widdecombe was a respected and beloved figure in her constituency. Her death deeply shook both Parliament and the entire nation. People felt this murder as a personal affront, and there is immense outrage. However, the compulsion to attribute every murder to a terrorist organization—and then link that group to foreign entities—has become a practice pursued with great zeal, particularly by the far right.

They are constantly calculating how to exploit every murder for their own political ends. They have long since lost sight of their humanity.
