Nicola Sturgeon, speaking to the BBC after her estranged husband confessed to embezzling £400,000 from the SNP party, which he led for years, said, “I feel like I’m being punished for a crime I didn’t commit.”
Sturgeon still doesn’t understand, or stubbornly refuses to understand. She was a Prime Minister and leader of the party. She is responsible for everything in her party and for her husband’s actions. She says her estranged husband is guilty, but she isn’t.

If she didn’t know or understand what her husband, with whom she lived and shared a bed for years, was doing, then there’s a very fundamental problem. Either she never really knew him, or they slept in separate rooms and never spoke to each other. How can a woman not know what her husband is doing while living with him? Let’s say he didn’t tell her, but was everyone in the party blind and deaf that no one noticed her husband embezzling money? How can those who don’t know what’s going on in their own party govern the country?
What did her husband do with the money he embezzled? Did he not buy any furniture for the house, did he not change his car? Where and how did he use this money, or did he have a mistress and give her the money?
There are dozens of questions Sturgeon needs to answer…
