Social media should be banned not only for children, but also for Trump.

The USA, which has experienced some of the most brutal forms of slavery in its history, has once again become the center of racist posts reminiscent of slavery, this time at the hands of a head of state. This is a truly shameful situation for the American people. President Trump revived slavery and anti-black sentiment by posting a picture of former President Obama and his wife Michelle as “apes.”

Trump has begun to reinstate his social media ban from his second term

This is a shameful moment in the history of American presidents. Trump and his supporters seem to have no sense of shame, and they must have considered the “Apes” post normal, as they remained silent. Only after actors, artists, and the sensible segment of society rose up and reacted, did Trump apologize, but he was forced to delete the post. Deleting it doesn’t erase the fact that he is a racist and a supporter of slavery. That post, in a sense, was an expression of an understanding that legalized slavery.

This suggests that if Trump were given absolute power, that is, if there were no constitution, if he declared himself king, he might even take action to bring back slavery.

Laws banning social media for children have begun to be enacted in Austria, Spain, and Australia. Social media needs to be shut down not only for children, but also for racist people like Trump. Before Elon Musk bought Twitter, they had already ordered Trump’s account shut down while he was president. But that decision was reversed after the acquisition. It’s essential that this decision be reinstated and a social media ban be imposed on Trump. Restrictions need to be placed on the posts of someone who makes the most absurd and racist posts in history, inciting both US citizens and the world. Someone who can’t control themselves should be prevented from posting on social media.
