The people have overcome their wall of fear; now it’s the mullahs’ turn to be afraid.
Iran is in turmoil again. This time, university students have taken to the streets to protest the sacred regime and its rulers. There haven’t been any deadly attacks by state forces yet.
Now, in this situation, if Trump and Israel were to attack Iran, would these students fight alongside the soldiers for Iran? The mullahs, blinded by religion, lack the ability to think rationally. They have no chance of winning against the USA. They will either have to abandon the sacred regime and move to democracy, or partial democracy, and step down, or they will be gone.
The reality shown by the recent student uprisings is this: despite the death toll – 32,000 according to Trump and 3,117 according to Iran – nobody fears the Iranian regime anymore. And it shouldn’t be surprising if the state’s military and police forces soon begin to act alongside the people. The military and police must stop shooting their own people, and they will understand that this is wrong.
The Iranian people have overcome the wall of fear. Deaths no longer frighten them. The wall of fear now belongs to the rulers of the sacred regime. A regime hated by its own people fighting the USA is neither wise nor logical.
Therefore, the mullahs cannot risk fighting the USA. That’s why they will have to make the concessions the USA wants. That’s why Iranians are eagerly awaiting Trump, just like Saddam did in Iraq.
