He didn’t apologize, but at least he proved he was wrong. That’s the real question with Trump. He speaks with his emotions, not his mind, but emotions don’t wait for information. They are governed by hatred, resentment, and anger. Trump is also governed by hatred, prejudice, and anger. He speaks, but later has to backtrack, admitting he spoke foolishly.
He should at least apologize, but apologizing isn’t in his character. Nevertheless, it’s good news for the British soldiers who lost their lives in the Afghanistan war and their families.
