The Iranian Revolutionary Guard has instructed staff and students at US universities to stay at least a kilometer away from campus. Meanwhile, there are reports that the Pentagon is preparing for weeks-long ground operations in Iran.
Iran has completely taken control of the war. Iran is essentially dictating what America should do. Trump, as usual, is speaking erratically. First, he challenges, saying, “We don’t need any country. We are strong, we can do whatever we want,” and then he cries, “NATO didn’t support us.” That’s typical Trump! The world laughs at him, but we still don’t know how the American people feel.
Iran, at least, has a decent side: at least it asks students to leave the campus before bombing it. It doesn’t send missiles to girls’ dormitories and massacre innocent children like Israel and the USA.
Meanwhile, the Pentagon is preparing for a ground operation. How funny! The generals are Trump’s generals; they still haven’t moved on from American movies and returned to real life. Let us state this clearly: even if the US were to send all its troops into Iranian territory, it could not win this war. Iranian territory is mountainous, possessing characteristics unknown to anyone outside of Iran. Iran must have already fortified areas likely to be under attack. Trump is preparing his own downfall, along with the American soldiers.
The American people are still unaware of the danger. We’ve written it fifty times, let’s write it one more time. An army that couldn’t even withstand the Taliban guerrillas and fled has no chance of success in Iran. Trump can’t think straight, but can’t the generals, whose job is to fight, think straight? The war with Iran also ends America’s attempt to be the world’s policeman. If Iran emerges from this war unscathed, the US and Israel will have suffered the biggest blow in their history and will have damaged their image as powerful states worldwide. Trump and Netanyahu should have found a reason to end the war while there was still time, but unfortunately, their egos are preventing them from seeing the truth
