How do undocumented workers operate in delivery companies? Here’s the method:

Fifteen undocumented immigrants were caught working for a delivery company in South East London. Companies like Just Eat, Uber, and Delivery are proving easy for those without work permits to find employment. Previously, 25 undocumented workers were caught in Croydon, also in South London, and deportation proceedings were initiated against them. The 18 people caught in Bromley were identified as Polish, Czech, and Polish nationals. Eight of the 18 were women.

The unexplained question is: How do delivery companies hire and profit from those without work permits? There’s actually a very simple method. The police need to investigate this. Those who obtain licenses from delivery companies don’t work themselves, instead allowing undocumented workers to use their licenses. In return, they receive a certain amount of money, averaging between £100 and £150 per person.

After investigating the undocumented workers, the police should also investigate those who allow undocumented workers to use their licenses. Because they are the root cause of this illegality. These individuals, who rent out their licenses, are essentially facilitating the employment of undocumented immigrants. If the police want to prevent undocumented delivery workers, they must identify these individuals and bring them to justice. They also need to contact Uber, Just Eat, and Deliveryoo to ensure they monitor the processes beyond the hiring process. Otherwise, it’s impossible to prevent undocumented immigrants from working with the current system.

Let’s remember this.
