A country is destroyed not by external forces, but by its ruthless leaders.

A country isn’t destroyed by foreign powers. Leaders who can’t govern their country, who think of themselves before their people, who live in wealth while their people are impoverished, make their countries vulnerable to foreign intervention.

Maduro was a leader who impoverished his own country, possessing the world’s largest oil reserves while poisoning the world with drugs and impoverishing his own people. Like all dictatorial leaders, he thought himself invincible, immovable. He relied on his army, but dictators always have people around them who can be bought because people are forced to appear to be on his side not because they love him, but because they fear him.

Trump showed us the end that dictatorial leaders deserve.

Despite repeated warnings and pressure to give up drugs, the Venezuelan leader defied the USA. Finally, a madman like Trump gave an order, and this self-important leader was caught in his underwear in bed and taken to the USA with his wife.

Maduro’s capture ended in humiliation for himself, his army, and his country. Neither his army, nor he himself, nor his administration was strong enough to revolt. US soldiers could have shown him in his underwear, but they didn’t.

Maduro is one of two prominent figures of recent years, the other being former Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad. Both destroyed their countries and condemned their people to poverty in order to stay in power. It doesn’t matter who overthrew these kinds of leaders or how. Trump’s madness worked in the world’s favor.
