As the Chancellor prepares to announce his autumn budget, the latest news has come as a shock. Unemployment rates have skyrocketed from 4.8 percent to 5 percent. The government has been in power for nearly two years, but it has yet to offer hope to either the markets or the public. The economy is deteriorating, and worse, large companies are closing or downsizing daily, laying off workers. Inflation continues to rise.
With all due respect to Starmer and his team, this government is no longer likely to do anything right. There’s no time for them to do anything right. The election is approaching, and the outcome is already certain. Labour will fall far behind both the Conservatives and ReformUK.
Starmer has challenged those who want to remove him, but that’s unwise! The longer he remains in office, the worse the economy is likely to get. He must leave now, and he must avoid being the one who left both his party members and the country in utter ruin. There’s not a single positive sign that will save him and his party. Thanks to him, it is unfortunately clear that the Labour Party will not be able to come to power for another 10 years.
